Most items purchased from Black Moon Botanica can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. During this period, you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and undamaged.

Please note that products removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

To initiate a return, email us at onlinehelp.bmb@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is confirmed, you must ship the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

RETURNS PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked shipping service and keep proof of postage for reference.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or service-related reasons. These include:

• Services: Online workshops, astrology readings, and any service that has already begun.
• Personal care & cosmetic products: Perfume oils, ritual bath soaks, mist sprays, beard oils, facial oils, hair oils, pillow potions, lip salves, and other body care products.
• Sealed products: Items that come in sealed packaging cannot be returned once opened.
