ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 7 days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

STORE PICKUPS

Pickups are available at our Amsterdam shop, located at 30-H Spiegelgracht, Amsterdam, 1017 JS, The Netherlands. Orders can be collected daily from 12:00 - 17:00. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that the shop is open Tuesday–Sunday. Check our Google profile for the most up-to-date hours, particularly during holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with estimated delivery times varying by destination. Orders are shipped via DPD or UPS, depending on your location, and tracking details will be provided via email once dispatched.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund will be issued for the product amount, excluding return shipping costs. For full details, please visit our Returns page.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at onlinehelp.bmb@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these cases individually and will work towards a fair resolution.
